Globespan is appointed to structure & deliver $65 million hospital development programme in Southern Africa, supporting the expansion of high-quality healthcare infrastructure through a series of new district hospitals and community health centres.

Each 60-bed facility is designed to international clinical standards and includes fully equipped diagnostic, surgical, maternity and emergency departments.

The modern layout promotes accessibility, natural light and healing-centred design while integrating renewable energy, off-grid utilities, and sustainable waste management systems.

The hospitals are built using efficient steel-frame and insulated walling systems, reducing build time and lifecycle costs. Equipment is provided through leading medical partners, ensuring each site is delivered fully operational and ready for service.
